Our Standard Double or Twin Room with Sea View felt very dated and neglected, with uncomfortable bedding making it hard to sleep well. Additionally, there was significant mold in the bathroom, which only added to our discomfort. Even though we paid for an upgrade, it seemed underwhelming for the price we paid, and it felt like we settled for less than expected.

The beachfront location stole the show. Watching shooting stars at night was truly magical. The room was spacious and clean, but having more pillows would have made sleeping better, especially for the kids. We were fortunate to be close to many activities in La Ventana. Daily room cleaning kept everything tidy, but the bedding felt a bit dated. Overall, the views were stunning, and the beach access really made the trip enjoyable despite a few inconveniences.

We had an incredible time enjoying the breathtaking beachfront view and watching shooting stars at night. Our room was spacious and well-maintained daily, making our stay very comfortable for my family. The bar area served delicious margaritas, and we loved the convenient access to the beach, which was perfect for letting the kids play. One area for improvement would be more seating options in the room.
